Privacy policy

This application stores the documents you upload, their vector embeddings, and your chat history in your tenant's private PostgreSQL database. Each tenant is isolated by query filters — documents, chunks, and chat messages from other tenants are never visible to you.

Document content is sent to the configured AI provider (Ollama by default, running locally) for embedding and answer generation. When using a cloud provider (OpenAI or Azure), document content is processed by that provider according to its own data policies.
